We clean diesel particulate filters in our Northampton workshop using the state-of-the-art XTON DPF Master Flash DUAL AI machine. It restores blocked filters to free-flowing condition without cutting them open, for drivers and garages across Northamptonshire.
The DUAL AI is XTON's professional regeneration machine for diesel particulate filters. It cleans the filter in both directions with a pressurised hydrodynamic wash, dries it under controlled heat, and measures the back-pressure before and after so you can see the result.
It handles DPF, FAP, GPF and SCR filters and catalytic converters from Euro 5 and Euro 6 vehicles.

You get a printed before-and-after report, and we refit the filter and clear any fault codes.
A new DPF can cost well over a thousand pounds. In most cases a professional clean restores the original filter for a fraction of that. It keeps your car's manufacturer-fitted part and keeps it road legal.
We also offer full DPF fault diagnostics, because a blocked filter is often a symptom of something else, such as a faulty sensor, EGR valve or injector. We find and fix the cause so the problem doesn't come back.
